Q/01 Which platforms does it monitor?
The script monitors Funda.nl and Pararius.com — the two largest Dutch rental platforms. You can enable one or both simultaneously.
Q/02 Can I filter by price, size, and property type?
Yes. You can set a maximum monthly rent, minimum surface area (m²), minimum number of rooms, furnishing preference (unfurnished, upholstered, or furnished), and property type (apartment, house, studio, or room). All filters are optional.
Q/03 Can I monitor multiple cities at once?
Yes. Enter multiple city names separated by commas and the script will monitor all of them simultaneously.
Q/04 How quickly does it notify me?
